A flock of jackdaws flying over Brownhill Bridge Mill. This dilapidated building is one of the oldest surviving mills in Saddleworth. Built for processing wool in 1772, it continued to be powered by a waterwheel from Diggle Brook until the 1920s. The site remained in industrial use until 2009 but is now derelict and in disrepair.
